PowerCenter
Infrastructure control plane
One browser tab for every host, virtual machine, network and disk you run, across datacenters. PowerCenter is what your hypervisors report to, and the reason you no longer need vCenter.
Install a server over PXE, then create, clone, snapshot and live-migrate its virtual machines between hosts without stopping them.
VLANs, IP subnets, NAT rules and security zones. Firewall changes are applied together with the network they belong to, not afterwards by hand.
HA policies restart virtual machines elsewhere, replicas keep a second copy in another datacenter, and maintenance mode evacuates a host before you touch it.

Fleet and compliance
PowerCenter manages the machines. SecurityCentral manages what is inside them: every package on every server, which vulnerabilities affect you today, and the evidence that you fixed them.
Hardware, operating system, installed packages, running services and live metrics for every machine, grouped by query or by hand.
Updates come from a Debian mirror you control, rolled out in batches with maintenance windows, approval policies and per-machine tracking.
Vulnerability data from NVD and OSV, an SBOM in SPDX or CycloneDX, CIS Debian 12 and NIST 800-53 checks, and a security score per machine.

PowerCenter and SecurityCentral are operated from two Swiss datacenters, in two cantons, more than 90 km apart in a straight line. Your fleet inventory, your vulnerability reports and your infrastructure metadata stay there.
The platforms are run by a Swiss company, on hardware we operate, in Swiss datacenters. Swiss data protection law applies to them.
No US supplier sits between you and your data, for hosting or for delivery. A foreign authority has to go through Swiss mutual legal assistance, not through a request to us.
The second datacenter is more than 90 km away in a straight line, in a different canton. Far enough that one event does not reach both.
No lock-in
PowerCenter and SecurityCentral manage EVOLUTOS servers. The platform itself is open, installs unattended on hardware you already own and carries no licence fee: if we part ways, you keep your servers instead of rebuilding them.

EVOLUTOS is an enterprise server platform that replaces proprietary IT infrastructure. It is an open-source alternative to Windows Server, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix, and proprietary NAS/SAN appliances. Every installation includes full-disk encryption, hardened security, and fully automated deployment.
EVOLUTOS is a purpose-built, hardened distribution with 10+ specialized editions (Hypervisor, Domain Controller, File Server, AI Server, etc.). It ships with full-disk encryption enabled by default, an automated installation, security hardening, and integration with PowerCenter for centralized management. The install runs unattended: you do not have to sit in front of it, and at the end it ejects the medium and reboots into the installed system. An enterprise-ready server, not a DIY project.
Yes. The platform has no licence fee: you install it and use it without paying for it. PowerCenter, SecurityCentral and support are separate services, with their own terms.
Yes. EVOLUTOS works standalone via CLI and web interfaces. PowerCenter is optional and adds centralized management across multiple servers and datacenters. You can start without PowerCenter and connect it later.
No, not at the moment. PowerCenter and SecurityCentral are managed services: POWERB runs them from two Swiss datacenters. You install EVOLUTOS on your own servers and connect them to the platforms.
Any x86_64 server with mainline Linux kernel support, bare metal or virtual. EVOLUTOS is based on Debian, so any hardware with Debian-compatible drivers will work. This includes most enterprise servers (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Supermicro, Fujitsu Primergy, Cisco UCS), workstations, and generic whitebox builds. It also runs inside KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox for testing and migration scenarios.
Yes. Every package ships on the medium, so the install needs no connection at all: air-gapped environments, secure datacenters and sites with unreliable links. One exception after the install: the AI edition fetches its inference engine and its model on first boot, about 10 GB in one go, so that edition needs a connection once.
EVOLUTOS is designed and engineered in Switzerland by POWERB SAGL. When you use PowerCenter or SecurityCentral as managed services, all data stays within Swiss jurisdiction. Yes. The EVOLUTOS Hypervisor edition replaces ESXi at the host level, providing virtualisation, HA clustering, live migration, and disk replication. PowerCenter replaces vCenter for centralized datacenter management. The combination covers what vSphere covers, and PowerCenter also does jobs that are separate products in that world: it provisions the bare metal, it applies firewall rules together with the network they belong to, and it keeps the physical inventory down to the rack position.
Yes. The Domain Controller edition provides Active Directory compatible directory services, including user/group management, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and domain authentication. Existing Windows clients join the domain without modification.
No. The AI Server edition runs language models on your own server, with a knowledge base built on your documents. Documents, questions and answers stay on your infrastructure: nothing is sent to OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider.
Backups are encrypted and automatic. Snapshots stay consistent even with databases and file shares in use, and in high-availability clusters a second copy of the disks is kept on another node. PowerCenter adds replication between datacenters and recovery plans with automatic failover.
